All Rustic Farmhouse Signs products are handcrafted and carefully inspected prior to pickup. Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of pickup so we can review and resolve the matter. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after pickup are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Market purchases are considered final sale.
